It's fine but he does not engage with any type of heaviness. Rather he uses his athleticism to try to get LB and DT off-balance with that initial acceleration.
He is very athletic and moves extremely well in space. He needs to clean up his footwork in order to stabilize his movement in pass protection
He does not possess heavy hands therefore he does not jolt the DT. He often disengages
It's like he moves before he thinks at times. He either leans and keeps his feet stationary or he starts late and reacts slow
He could use some strength training as he is about 305 which is not very heavy for a player his size at 6'7. He could add 10 to 15 lbs.
He maintains his block and does his job. I would not say he is overly physical.
A very easy mover who runs extremely well. check out his TD catch. He is very athletic and moves with relative ease.
He is 6'7 309 but could use an extra 10 lbs.
I did not find any injury concerns in my research.
I can not judge as I have not met with him personally.
It needs work but he can improve this at the next level. he needs to have better hand placement along with reacting on time. he takes too long to react to what's happening in front of him.
There is a lot of athleticism to work with in Sam Cosmi but he needs to refine his technique and be more physical.
He needs to work on his technique as many times he will get beat due to reacting slowly and his athleticism saves him.
He is a very athletic tackle who moves well in space and recovers well. He has good size at 6'7 309 with long arms. His athleticism helps him recover very well and his long arms help as well.
he is raw and lacks technique. His footwork is inconsistent and he short steps during pass blocks which is the cause of him getting beat. He needs to learn how to react to defenders and anticipate the rush much better. His athleticism is what really covers all his technical flaws. He also lacks heavy hands and I need to see him be more consistent with his physicality.
There is a lot to work with Sam Cosmi but he needs to be coached up. I believe there is a ton of upside with him but a lack of polish. His biggest issue is his late reactions against pass rushers. He can not always rely on his athleticism to save him but rather his technique.
