Strengths
Hurts is the best leader a team could ask for. He is a great team player and will do whatever is best for the team. His skills on the field are just as good as his character off the field. Hurts may not have the best arm are be the fastest player, but he does everything right. His pocket presence is next level. His accuracy is one of the best in college. He has all the tangibles to be a very successful QB in the NFL.
Weaknesses
Decision making. There are times when Hurts may feel like he needs to do it all, which can lead to negative plays. Hurts has to learn that there are highly talented players on the field that will make his job much easier.
Overall Analysis
Jalen Hurts is the perfect QB prospect. He is a big athletic guy who does everything very well. Some of his decision making abilities need to improve, but skill wise, he is more than ready for the NFL. His character and team first mentality will make him a very likable player as well.
