His mix of the speed, balance, quickness, and agility help him beat defenders to the outside and break off big runs. He also ran a sub 4.5 40 yard dash
His elusiveness is the main reason he breaks through holes at the first level.
His strength is decent but not his best trait. Not known for gaining lots of rushing yards after contact.
His vision, patience, speed, and elusiveness are his best traits and make him a good finesse back.
Needs to improve his route running. Actively used in the passing game and has good hands.
Running in Traffic
Doesn't break many tackles.
Has some injury concerns but not any big ones
Very productive and efficient last year when it came to total rushing yards and yards per carry and reception.
Blocking is average and he sometimes misses on blocking assignments
Doesn't fight for as many inches as some of the more tenacious running backs from his draft class.
No legal issues.
Very efficient and dependable in his last season.
Big Play Ability
Huge big run threat.
Vision, elusiveness, speed, finesse,
Run power, strength, blocking
Henderson's mix of the speed, balance, quickness, and agility make him appear almost slippery when defenders try to tackle him. He is a very patient 3-down back when it comes to waiting for blocks to form. He has good speed when it comes to beating defenders on the outside and breaking away big runs. However, his strength is rather underwhelming and his route running could use some work. He had to make up for a pretty sub-par offensive line but his footwork often made up for it.
