Has the arm strength necessary to make any pass on the field regardless of whether he has his feet set or not. He can deliver bullet passes into the smallest windows.

Mayfield had issues in college with his antics and legal issues. However, those legal issues were far from the worst the NFL has ever witnessed and he hasn't repeated that same behavior.

Browns fans can rest easy knowing that Baker Mayfield is their franchise quarterback. He is one of the best young quarterbacks due to his exceptional ability to complete passes into tight spaces and make big plays down the field. He is a threat against opposing secondaries regardless of whether he throws at the short, intermediate or deep level or throw in the pocket or on the run. In addition, even pressure doesn't phase Mayfield, as he is frequently able to evade pass rushers and extend or stay in the pocket and deliver a pass despite intense pressure. He also is not phased on 3rd downs or in clutch situations. However, there are many areas to improve for the young signal-caller. For instance, he can improve on his game management and decision making when his team is trailing because he often forces passes when his team is down by 10+ points. If Baker can fix those consistency issues and maintain his accuracy and arm talent, he is likely to go down as one of the best quarterbacks of this century.
