FC Cincinnati looked terrible in the first half. They were very sluggish and were lucky to get out of the half down only 1 goal. But they turned up the intensity in the 2nd half and really controlled the half. They started high pressing and forced the Red Bulls into mistakes in the defensive half. From there, their skill players really started to make a difference. Mattooks was a big catalyst as an offensive sub. They hit the post 3 times in the half and all three could have easily been goals. Instead, they go done in defeat. Based on the first half, they would have been an "F." The 2nd half was probably an B+ or even A-, so they average out in the C range.

Set Pieces (Direct/Indirect)
A tail of 2 halves. Terrible in 1st, great in second. But, still no result to show for it.

Mattooks was a big catalyst as a 2nd half sub. Some of the other subs also made impacts, but too little, too late...
