Game Notes
This was a tough loss for the Giants and an unfortunate drop by Evan Engram is what cost them a chance of putting the game away. Daniel Jones played a good game and certainly showcased his athletic ability. The defense overall played well but ran out of steam in the final minutes of the game which allowed the Eagles to march down the field and score. Overall it was a good overall performance by the defense but they did not make the necessary plays at the end to seal the game. I expect the Giants to win a few games and I believe with time Joe Judge will become a good head coach in this league. Joe Judge shows trust in his players and his team competes hard. The Giants are a team that has talent but it has not fully developed yet and although they may only have 1 win currently over time with good coaching and discipline they will start to grow consistency and build momentum moving forward.

Andrew Thomas (71)
OT
He was awful and got beat all game. He needs to refine his technique and work on his foot quickness this offseason. He has the length to be successful but that does not mean he can overcome bad feet and lunge.
B.J. Hill (95)
DE
B-
He was really solid in this game and made some nice tackles for loss.
Daniel Jones (8)
QB
He had a very solid game and showcased his athletic ability but unfortunately, his team came short at the end. I believe he is the right QB for the Giants and will make that franchise proud. He can throw with timing, anticipation, and accuracy. His biggest issue is ball security and his internal clock. He is much too slow from snap to release but it's his second year and he can be fixed.
Golden Tate (15)
WR
He made a really nice catch on the TD but other than that it was nothing too impressive.
Sterling Shepard (87)
WR
B-
He was running really crisp routes all game and opened up the offense to an extent.

Comments on Coaching
It was overall a well-coached gameplan, the issue was lack of execution.
