Game Notes
A lot of explosiveness on the offensive side of the ball. D'Eriq King was my player of the game, but how Ed Oliver impacts the game doesn't show up on the stat sheet. Oliver might be the most disruptive player in NCAA football.

Comments on Coaching
This staff prepares their team to be more conditioned than their opponents. They make it difficult for defenses to keep up with their extreme tempo offense. The offense can line up and snap the ball under 10 seconds. Understands the weaknesses Arizona and attacked them dead on. Great game plan to contain Khalil Tate and force him to be a passer.

Game Notes on Offense
Fast tempo offense was overwhelming for Arizona. D'Eriq King is beginning to show that he is capable of being a legit pocket passer along with being an exceptional athlete. Has potential to be a dark horse Heisman candidate.

Analysis Notes
D'Eriq King spreads the ball around to the plethora of play makers on this offense. They take what the defense gives them. Their high tempo offenses caused Arizona to make too many mistakes with blown assignments. Houston has a good balanced offense.

Game Notes on Defense
Great pursuit to the ball as a team especially against the run. Multiple players were able to penetrate into the backfield and make a tackle for loss on several occasions. The DBs are not their strongest unit on defense but they are sound.

Notes
Ed Oliver is fun to watch. High motor player with great hands. Disruptive. Teammates feed off his energy.
