My Player of the Game
Alex Smith
Game Notes
That might have been Alex Smith's best game as a pro. Kareem Hunt arrived and Ty Hill and Travs Kelce also had good games. Defensively the unit played well but needs better play from their secondary.

Game Notes on Defense
Before Amendola left the game the Patriots moved the ball at will. Some costly defensive penalties and lapses could easily have cost them this game.

Notes
Great job by the front 7 all night. Eric Berry and Marcus Peters also played well but Philip Gaines and the rest of the secondary had a rough night.
