With the 2019 MLS SuperDraft coming to a close, I took a deep dive into the Division I college soccer landscape. Which cities, states and countries were most represented by the 5,471 players that were rostered in the 2018 season? Would you have guessed that there were more players from Oslo, Norway and Madrid, Spain than any other city in the world? Some of the findings will surprise you. (Each number in parenthesis beside each city/state/country represents the number of players from that area.)
