I think Darnold should play better this year, but it's tough to tell when his head coach and GM are different than last year
The addition of Leveon Bell should help this offense a lot

Red Zone Success
Skills Analysis Notes
Leveon Bell should help a lot with this offense, but other than him, they don't have many more weapons to compliment him.
Quinnen Williams should add to an already solid front 4
They addition of CJ Mosley will help the front 7 a lot

Overall Coaching / School Analysis
Adam Gase is coming off a head scratching season in Miami, but the expectation is to turn this team around. There may be too much pressure on him to succeed too soon.
Overall Team Grade
New York made some great offseason moves to make the jump, but I don't think Sam Darnold is ready to lead this team to consistently winning games. The combination of new players and a brand new head coach and management is not an ideal situation for a young QB who is still learning how to fit in the NFL.
Last season, did the team meet your expectations?
Slightly Under-performed Expectations
I think they improve off of last year, but I think they finish third in the AFC East behind New England and Buffalo. I don't think they're ready to compete for a playoff spot. I think in a year or two if they have the same nucleus and add some more offensive weapons, they can make a run for the division.
