Overall Game Analysis Not a great performance from Michigan State. They shot poorly, looked worse at the line, and were lucky that Rutgers shot even worse than them. This was not the #3 team in the country today and against a stronger team this would have been an "L." rutgers played well defensively, but this was more of a dud for the Spartans
